Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Our website allows you to pick from a variety of shipping options. Non overweight orders are by default shipped via UPS Ground but could be upgraded according to your needs to a shorter transit time. Overweight orders are shipped via truck freight and can
take between 1-2 weeks to be delivered. Please, contact our Customer Service Department if you need further details about your specific location.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States? A: Currently we only process orders within the US and Canada.
Q: Does ToolShopUSA pay for duties on Canadian orders? A: No, Canadian duties and taxes are all handled as collect
